Tracee is a certified Classroom Management and Organization Program (COMP) trainer. She believes all teachers can create ideal conditions for learning in  their classrooms with intentional efforts toward student success. Wells is currently the AVID District Director in School District 189 and is also the Mentor Resident Leader for the new Urban Education Teacher Residency Program in East St. Louis where she is responsible for coaching, training, and supporting residents as they prepare to become confident, well-prepared teachers in the District.
